You know, I really don't think it is.....I'm assuming the 383 was on street tires? And just to be honest, a 383 with trick flow heads, and 850 demon, etc.... is not going to run 13's with traction, more like 11's or better. Sky even said it himself that he runs 13.7's on street radials, and 12.5's with traction. My tires are 18.5 INCHES WIDE EACH, and with my 383 it will destroy the tires in every gear. Once you get into 12, 11, and 10 second cars, traction is everything, or you could be running 13's or 14's+.
