Default Try doing some lock to lock turns....

A friend of mine changed one of the high pressure power steering hoses on his '89 Prelude. After replacing it the steering would get really tight for a split second while turning. He was told to fill the pump with fluid and do a bunch of lock to lock turns to get the air bubbles out. After doing that a bunch of times the steering became much smoother.

Sounds like you might have the same problem.

Good luck,

Rich D.
