![]() the size of the wheel alone does not better traction make. with the smaller wheel, you can put a tire with a bigger sidewall, and therefore decrease the pressure. also, contact area has alot to do with it. a bicycle tire on a car won't do jack, but a nice wide tire will. that's why slicks are wide, and tall
