I believe that the Mustang tops are vinyl. To that end, I would look for vinyl cleaners. Probably the top cleaner you bought, surfbeast will do pretty well. The important thing to remember is to not use things that will dry out and crack the vinyl. Bleach probably isn't the best idea there. Also, I don't know where you live, but you should try to keep it from sitting under the sun all day. If you have no choice, invest in a car cover. I have a 97 vert and I keep it covered. One last thing. I generally don't try to put the top up, if it has been down, when it is cold (like at night) I try to put it up before dark. This way I avoid stretching the cold vinyl.
