I've got 1.7s with the same cam as you. The lift with 1.7's on the B cam is .510" which is pretty decent (1.6's will give .480")
The rockers are easy to install, the directions should be pretty straightforward. If your valve springs are very old, then you'll want to replace them too. I didnt when I put my rockers on and regretted it later. It would float the valves at 5300rpm, no fun. So i replaced them and it rev's all the way to 6250 like it should ![]()
