Have you run your car on the test yet??

In Mass we have a similar test Our limits are different though

HC 2.0 GPM ( grams per mile) I got 2.77
CO 30.0 GPM I got 25.64
NOX 3.0 GPM I got 2.76

We get a CO2 reading I got a graph with no average, peak reading of 6.339 GPM and approx 5 GPM avg.

My car is a stock 90 125K miles with all equip working, but original O2 sensors ( duh) and h pipe.

I just picked up a pair of long wire bosh sensors and new plugs to try again this weekend.

Based on my results, you need to have everything hooked up, and the computer running correctly to have a shot!
