FYI: Sub-frame connectors are two thick steel rods (tubular is best) that actually connect the front and rear subframe of the car together - which is a big advantage in both handling and stabilizing it for better launches.

If you already have a shift kit then a 4.10 rear axle gear should do a lot for your Mustang. It'll feel like you added about 50 HP. - honest.

I have no idea about passing emissions with only two cats but it may well be possible. If you don't want to go for low-restriction cats, I would suggest buying and installing an H-pipe and just saving the factory pipe and converters to re-install at inspection time. Cheaper and solves the emission 'problem' that many states present.

I suggested the mods I did because before you can get to the big HP makers (heads, intake, exhaust, mostly) you need to have a car set up to take advantage of the (future) added power. Adding 75 HP to a car that has a crappy rear axle ratio, a sloppy transmission, spins on one tire and flexes on launches is a bad idea.

The gears, sub-frame connectors and other mods will get your '95 in top running condition and have you ready for the big stuff later (if you want) but still make the 'Stang faster and more fun to drive right now.
