SOUNDS LIKE IAC MOTOR TROUBLE TO
ME TRY TAKING IT OFF AND CLEANING
IT WITH CARB CLEANER LET IT DRY
THEN PUT IT BACK ON IF THAT HELPS
THE IAC IS PROBLY BAD.
