I can just imagine it.
The construction worker leans over the edge. Looking at the panic strickin face of the truck driver. Scratches his head for a second, looks at the situation. Then a bright idea pops into mind. The construction worker leans over the edge again and yells Hold on there buddy, Let me get ya unhooked from this boat first. Dude. That guy is seroiusly lucky.
