I say go for it. you might lose a small amount of low end torque, but you should pick up 5-10 horses up top.

75 mm throttle body is to big. stick with a 70 or 65mm. it wont hurt if the upper intake opening is bigger than the TB. And i would go with a pro-m bullet 75mm MAF meter.
