You have nothing to worry about. Its the Throttle body size that you can go overboard on.

Granted 75mm would be fine, but 80mm is doing no harm.

If you decide to put a stock one on it for some reason, take a look at how tiny the inside diameter is. Then you'll change your mind and not put it on there.
