You should of asked him to see the radar. I know here in Ontario if you get a speeding ticket you can request to see the radar to prove the speed you were doing. I know if I ever get pulled over I will ask to see it just to verify.

If you tried saying that around here, they would either
A. Laugh at you, and write you a ticket.
B. Get upset, and write you a ticket. or
C. Write you a ticket.

For a $75 ticket.... Don't get a lawyer, most of them charge at least $500. Just go up there and talk to the prosecutor, and see what you can do to keep it off our record. Most of the time the prosecutor's will work with you and are fairly cool about it all. Community service, def. driving, etc....maybe not even that.
