I have an 89 4 cylinder and all I have been able to get for it is a muffler, removing the air silencer, You can use the header off a ranger and someone on Stangnet used a long tube header on his 4 cylinder mustang. Umm you really have to look around but Im not too worried about moding my 4 popper. You can get custom bent piping to convert to dual exhaust but midas quoted me at 600 bucks for it !!!!
I dont jknow where to get it but there are 2.5 stroker kits out and turbos (like the SVO) for the 2.3 good luck
