I had Jaz racing seats in my 94 for a while, and also took out the rear seat. I think it took about 60 lbs off, and I swore up and down I could feel a difference between the light front seats and no rear one. Yes, in the SN-95 you see the painted floor boards with all the ugly a$$ welds, but I suppose you could carpet it if you wanted to. I've been thinking about doing it again, when I order my new carpet, and modifying Fox hatch carpet to fit it.

Good Luck!
