With worked stock heads? Why not get a set of GT40P's or GT40's? They won't cost much more than working stock heads, and they'll flow better.

Anyway, even those heads would be pretty restrictive on a 347. As far as the intake, it's no help to you either.

I'd say you may pull 260-280hp with that combo. Hardly worth it.

I'd just throw a 302HO in there. Pick up a used HO motor with low mileage up for a 200-400 dollar expense. Throw some GT40P's, an Explorer intake, E cam or something close to that. With all that, you'll still be way cheaper than a 347 kit, and you'll be making closer to 300hp if you have the SD system tuned well. (Or is that baby MAF?) Even if you get an HO motor and rebuild it, you'll still be cheaper than the 347 kit man.

300hp should get you well into the 13's.
