Just stickers. The Boss Shinoda package was a concept car that was supposed to have around 500 hp. I remember reading about it a few years ago (like around 94 or 95). It never went into production though. Now you can get the stickers and put on side pipes to make it look like the Boss concept car, which is what the Boss had.
