Get a voltmeter and set the accuracy to .001v

Pierce the black and green wires coming out of the tps.

Turn the key to the on position, but do not start it...
Get a reading with the throttle blade closed (usually anywhere between .600-1.200v)

For best performance it should be adjusted to .980-.990

To adjust it, loosen the two screws and rotate the sensor until you get it in the right range (you might have to remove it and "waller" out the mounting holes with a file to get it in the right range)...

Tighten the screws and recheck your voltage...
