Sounds like you had some fun...

I helped a friend build up his late 40's Studebaker pickup. He's got a nice little 455 Olds in the thing, and it absolutely flies on the big end. I've raced him several times, and so far he's been able to get the best of me. I'll take him hard off the line, but once we hit around 50-60 mph, he comes storming by like God kicked him in the rear bumper. Once I get the car tuned and running like it should, I think I maybe could take him.
