It should fit no problem but if it doesnt. Buy a Shelby scoop. My buddy bought one for his (yet to be installed) so if the motor and carb and air cleaner is to tall. cut the hole in the hood for hte breather to stick through (which is real cool anyway) then p[aint and install the scoop. Effect - Ram air almost. cut the hole in the hood just large engouh to slip over the air cleaner and your good to go. I believe he got his scoop from CJ Pony Parts. He also bought the Shelby side scoops wich look freakin awesome.
