I like it very much, my car feels very firm with it. I have a Tremec and Pro 5.0 shifter, which also adds to the firmness.

There maybe only a slight difference between the rubber and urethane. But, it is an improvement, if you are going to buy a new tranny mount, I would certainly buy the urethane, it's just better.
