You have some electrical problems here, lets think about it, without being arrogant, is the firing order correct, timing correct, dont care if you did wires and plugs earlier, check them anyway, i also suspect the engine ground, how about the smaller lead off the negative battery cable, is it grounded properly/ (computer ground location), could be the TFI module on the distributor, is the SPOUT connector connected?, Vacuum?, fuel pressure at 38-42?. You are speed density, this relies heavily on the MAP sensor, 02 sensors, and the ECT and the ACT sensors, are these fresh? get an EEC tester, I'll sell you mine for $10.00 dollars, private message me!
