Well the factory paint is base coat/clear coat two seperate processes.

1qt of paint when reduced will make 2 qts which will be way enough to base the grill insert, mirrors and other small parts you want to do.

A qt of paint will cost around $60-$70 depending on which brand, I paid $62 qt for my 2002 Honda color PPG brand, but I get my buddies discount, not quite sure how much a qt of clear and harder will run you but I think around $70 min, plus you will need some reducer for the paint (1:1 mix on the PPG, so 1 qt paint to 1qt of reducer) A gravity feed gun will work a lot better then a older siphon feed.

Don't forget grease and way remover Soak the mirrors and other parts if you have ever armor oiled them
