The lap belts attach to the same points as the stock belts. I've actually still got the stock belts in place along with the lap belts, but I'm going to remove the stock belts here shortly.

For the submarine belt, I attached it to the box structure that the seat's front bolts attach to. I had to cut a small hole with my dremel tool, then used a j-clip to attach a 1/2" bolt for the belt.
