I've heard that the stock lines and rails are good around 500 hp. I've also heard the 255 pumps *may* not be a good choice with the stock lines since the pump pushes more volume then the lines can support. You may want to think about stepping up to a -8 feed -6 return and use a bosh, sx, areomotive ect..(external pump) Seems obvious you have a problem in the fuel system somewhere and I don't see any place you can better it with the parts you have. You're spraying 150 right?

Sounds like you're pretty lucky you haven't squirted any head gaskets!

Also when I used to spray 150 making full passes I would dump 5 gallons of 110 in just to be safe. Might want to put some 110 in and see if that helps?
