![]() If it's reading 700 when it's off then pull the cluster, pull off the needle and set it to zero when the car's off. Otherwise invest in an Autometer tach. The stock tach's aren't all that accurate anyways. When the previous owner replaced the gauge faces he didn't put the tach needle back on correctly.
