Assuming you're supposed to be running around 8 psi, your losing a ton of power here. I believe the problem to be belt slippage also. Check to make sure the belt is tight. I don't know if it has an automatic tensioner or not.

Also, another problem could be that the inlet tube could be partially collapsing under boost, unless it's a powerpipe.
