Well the gains would be small, but a cobra might benefit from a maf upgrade more than a stock 5.0, a C&L 76 mm looks like a good piece of work, just get one to match your 24#injctrs and you'll be fine up to 350-400 hp with that setup, and a 70mm tb would be a good match, also if you want to tune your car a little, get a fuel pressure regulator, and guage.
