![]() The biker, dead or not, could be partly culpable for the accident. Street racing probably will skew the the fault towards the racers.
There was a recent article , I think in Chicago, which chronicled the citation of of a dead person who died in a one car accident. There were several citations against the corpse. the police said those were necessary in order to document things for future civil litigation. Rev
