1fastchick, if you could send me the name of the jam session that you talked about I would appreciate it, I'm at shadow_wight@hotmail.com , I've been looking for new techno lately (I'm new to the genre), I dig the darker heavier stuff, I just ran across "Juno Reactor" and am in the process of trying to download a few of their albums. I particularly liked "Rotorblade".
Bowtie, I love the Queen idea, I'll have to remember it, I already have the sone, just not on cd yet, LOL. 6t9, I havent heard "highway star", but I'll have to check it out, and it just occured to me that I left out another rather amusing band I havent listened to a while, any Gwar fans out there? And of course ther is always the incredible Meatloaf. True highway music, just try getting out on the interstate and cranking "Bat out of Hell". p.s. Another cool late night crusing tune I just ran across was Springsteen's "racing in the streets". Kinda mellow, seems like a good way to roll back home. (Even if it is about a Chevy.)
