First, 16" wheels? Those where never part of any option packages for the 99+ GT. Always been 17"... If they are selling you some 16" I would ask them why? Is it a colission issue?

15K US for a 99GT (coupe?) sounds a bit steep, allthough I am not 100% in touch with the US economy.

In Canada, my old 2000GT right at this point is worth 22K selling value. ... if you convert that into US dollars that would put it at about 14K. I would think a 99GT should sell for about 12K US right now... but economics are all about region.
