Im pretty sure the new chip will fix new tire sizes and gear sizes, but Im not positive.

Also, you should diconnect the battery and wait a few minutes and see if the check engine light goes off. I did this just the other day and the light hasent come back on for about a week. Also if you have been running premium gas try running a few tanks of regular gas, this might help also.

The chip is good for an automatic transmission b/c it makes it shift better and at differnt points. It will add about 10 or so HP.
