Good luck with the search, although it may take some time just to find an 88-89 302 that's in good shape.

Not to rain on your parade but you may want to skip the 'requirement' of the 347. I just don't think you'll find one. Plus, if someone went through all the trouble to build a 347, and then is selling it, I would be wary as to the condition of the engine. I recommend that you keep an eye out for a clean, well cared for Mustang and then do your own 347 buildup.
