Yep, about 5 years ago, I got a citation for "performing repairs on a vehicle on a public road". Some new ordinance the city came up with to preserve property value. (sheeah, what the f ever) I was parked in front of my parents house changing a m-frikkin' serpentine belt. This was in St. Peters, MO.
