Well you will need a new intake manifold, 351 swap headers, 351 late model oil pan. Most likely a cowl induction hood. And of course the 351 rotating assembly stuff. The flywheel and damper are the wrong ounce balance for the 351 rotating assembly. You'll also want bigger injectors to supply the bigger cubes. You also need a 351 accessory mounting bracket if you are keeping the power steering and a/c. you also need a 351 windsor belt. The 5.0 distributor won't fit the 351 windsor either, so you'll need a 351 windsor distributor with tfi. There was more involved with my 393 swap but i can't think of it all right now.
