well, i think they've definitely lost a customer with me.
they haven't even SHIPPED the headstuds even though Jim promised to send them 10 days ago! I told Jim that i want them to overnight the studs to me so I can get my car out of the shop. I can't believe they would promise to do something they had no intention of doing, and leaving me, the customer, hanging... maybe when they cash your check, they are done with the niceities like telling the truth... There are plenty of engine builders right here in the states without ordering something from another country...imagine the legal hassles if they don't perform their side of the contract. oh well... live and learn.
