![]() If you still want to have OD, then I would say have someone build you a really kick *** 4R70W, this tranny can be made to support all the power you can make out of the car.... It all depends on how much you want to put into it. There's a shop in my area that will take my auto, rip the guts out, replace internals and put in a 2400Stall TCC for about 2300.00. This tranny would be guaranteed to 600HP/600TQ and capable of making pass after pass down the strip, then drive around in the town like a normal tranny.... You won't even know it's there, no hard kicking shifting, no high winding gears... unless you are at WOT..
If you are wanting strickly a strip car, then I would say some other race tranny.. Just what ever you want, if you don't need an OD setup
