I know thats a very common problem with mustangs... mym friends did it and mine was doing it for a while... you can get a kit to replace the grommet/neck at your local parts store. Pep boys probly carries it or any local parts dealer. I replaced mine with one from pep boys I believe and it hasn't given me any problems.
