I am pretty sure the Tstat was installed correctly. But the intake manifold is off and the heads are off at the shop right now. One was definately warped. I used a straight edge and could tell it was warped. So I am getting that fixed and should have the heads back on this weekend. Hopefully that will fix my cooling problem. PKRWUD- thanks for the info about the egr.
