You can, but why would you want to? The PCV valve costs $2, and another $3 for hose. It does wonderful things for your engine, and costs next to nothing.
But I'm not here to preach. Yes, you could install breathers, but you will probably need ones with at least a 4" rise off the valve cover. Take care, -Chris
