You're right Mach 1, I'll clarify. I should have said the PCV instead of vacuum for one thing, I'm talking about the metal fitting that screws into the lower part of the plenum above the drivers side valve cover. I used the new fitting that came with the manifold, and it is at least a half inch longer than the fitting on the stock intake. So maybe that's why mine rests on my valve cover. I'd post a pic of it but I'm at work.
