The Bullitt is defintiley set up for a power adder. Performance wise it has:

-Bullitt Intake Manifold (No more weak plastic)
-Hi Flow Cat-Back
-Underdirve Pulleys
-Tokico Shocks/Struts
-Lowering Springs

Stock Bullitt vs. Stock GT will come down to driver ability. The better driver will win because the Bullitt is just slightly quicker.
