It all depends on the wheels and your suspension? Can you give more details? I have Cobra R replica rims from Speedware. 17x9s with 245/45zr17s. I have Steeda springs that lowered my car about 2". My tires rubbed front and rear when going over bumps. I don't think I would have had a problem if I wasn't lowered, though.
