Sorry about the vague question, you all pick out the bits I need to know. TA.

So if I cant use a cam that has HO profile because the ram rate is too great can anyone tell me what is the greatest cam profile that I can use in an engine with flat tappets?

(Im using a EEC-IV speed density computer)
