So is it true to say that the stock clutch fan (if working correctly) is a good setup??

1991 Mustang GT, 1 5/8" Jet-Hot coated BBK Long tubes, w/ matching shorty o/r H-pipe, Flowmaster cat back 2 chambers, 3.55:1 gears, Kenne Belle RAM Air (may be removing), Underdrive pulleys. , C&L 76mm Mass Air meter, 65mm FMS TB. Soon to be added intakes and then HEADS.
