You remove the plugs and screw the tester in. Pull the coil wire first. Crank the engine about four turns. Get your reading. Repeat for all cylinders. The reading should be the same (give or take a few lbs) for all 8 cyls. If not then there are further tests that need to be done to determine where the leak is. |
