I too have used a cell phone while in a car, but I only used it when there was no traffic or light traffic. But there is nothing worse then driving in heavy traffic, swerving in and out of lanes, while talking on a cell phone. U don't see me trying to put in a CD when changing lanes, so why talk on a phone?
