That's a pretty funny list. You left of my personal favorite, but it requires some planning.
Get on a crowded elevator and push the button for the floor below the lowest one pushed. Face the back of the lift, and jump up and down mumbling, "I'm a psycho, I'm a psycho." When you reach the floor, run up the flight of stairs and place yourself in front of the opening doors. When they open point and say, "I heard what you said about me." Freaks people out every time. Best done in a highrise building with buisness people.
