 how horrible!!! I once was eating some swiss cake rolls (yum!) and after the third bite noticed that there were little ants crawling all over my face, I looked at the roll, and they had made a nest in the one i was eating.... eggs and all!!! I spit it all over the place, and did what you did, felt like barfin for an hour.
