I have the latest version....the BD-11A, It has NO problems so far(knock on wood) and has about 20K on it. I have the 9# pulley, and thought about going up to the 11, but sources say DON'T, even though they claim to hold 14# w/o breakage, but I won't chance it...I am fast enough for now.....
Vortechs are better, but pain to maintain and install(from what I have heard) and they boost their advertised number, unlike my powerdyne that only boosts 5-6(REALLLLY PIZZNIZES ME OFF) Other than that it is a great street blower, but if it is 9's you want...save $$. ------------------ Dustin 89 GT(Saleen Clone) 392 rwhp UNTUNED(TFS Intake, spacer,Heads and #2 cam, BD-11A 9#(only boosting 6???WTF),1.6 rr's,BBK 70mm TB,FMS 70mm MAF,MSD 6BTM,FMS 9mm wires,BBK longtubes and H-Pipe,American Thunder cat back,3.55 lots more... 12.564@118.49 on street tires is my best so far. Still untuned |
