EZ, I don't doubt that some misguided individual with enough money could build a fast Maxima 4 door sedan.

I question if anyone has actually done that? And why would they do it?

There are fast Hondas, stripping to bare intioriors, Integra engines, turbos with N2O added, and with exhaust and intercooler mods that do muster good times (exceptionally good times). Do any Maximas do that? I've never seen any.
